Tessa Kerr

Owner Broker / Director

Tessa arrived in Cayman in 1990 from the UK to work as a nanny for 10 months.  However they universe had different plans and after working for 2 different families, a short stint at a local Attorneys’ office and then getting married, Tessa ended up with one of Caymans leading Real Estate firms where she spent 7 years learning all about the Real Estate market in Cayman.

During those early years, Tessa built the long term rental and property management section of the firm from the ground up, initially representing a handful of properties to almost 100 contracts within a couple of years, and concurrently gained the expertise, contacts and knowledge that has enabled her to open THPM in 2002. 

During this time Tessa has continued to raise 2 children, remarried and become a professional photographer with work featuring on the front page on a National newspaper magazine in Ireland, her own studio and has her work displayed around the world, whilst continuing to focus a large portion of her time daily into the success of her THPM team. 

In addition to her photography, Tessa considers herself a bit of a gypsy and loves to travel, her most recent discovery being Honduras where she adopted a spider monkey that had been captured and now sponsors her care.

Natalia McLaughlin

Office Manager

Natalia was raised in the Cayman Islands since her infant years. She is a mom of 3 beautiful children, 2 grandchilden and a loving wife. Natalia considers herself as the “get it done the right way the first time” person and as the office manager and company book keeper she is the glue that holds us together!  

Natalia loves to get stuck into DIY projects. Her latest project was decorating her first grandchild’s room for his arrival so getting stuck in on a refurbishment project for one of owners is her dream job.  She loves working with people and enjoys problem solving and new projects which makes her a great fit for the THPM team.  Natalia is a family person, she loves to cook for everyone, fish with her family on the open seas and care for other people. She loves being be a part of the THPM team and enjoys showcasing her knowledge and expertise to all our new clients making them feel instantly part of the THPM family whether it be through the administrative side of the office where she takes the lead, or working as an agent.

Michael Gooden

Sales Agent

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands Michael Gooden has a genuine love for our Caymanian culture and the islands natural beauty.  Having spent much of his working life in the service industry Michael was naturally drawn to the idea of venturing into the Real Estate industry and is currently on a journey taking his early steps in this new part of his life.

Michael enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Michael says “ I am enjoying this new phase of my life where I am stepping out of my shell and being a part of the THPM team that helps every step of the way. I have been able to broaden my horizons as well as learn valuable information and experience for the  future. ”

Michael is still relatively new to the scene of Real Estate but has shown not only a willingness to learn and accept advice but a natural ability to quickly assess what is needed and provide that to ensure the client has a positive and enjoyable experience. His hopes to quickly establish himself as a key component of the THPM team were quickly realised and he is available to help you with all your real estate needs
